Taste the nature.
We serve grated yam dishes made with “Jinenjo” a wild yam native to Japan which grows naturally in fields and mountains and is called the king of yam.
The delicious food from the mountains and seasonal seafood from the Inland Sea are the gifts of the nature.
We treat each ingredient with appreciation and care to celebrate the joy of the earth.
Our specialty is “Jinenjo Tororo Nabe” a one-pot dish which is prepared with great care.
We also serve “Kamameshi” (rice and other ingredients cooked in a small Kama rice cooker) and charcoal grilled meat and seafood which are carefully selected.
We offer a special selection of Sake ordered from Kuramoto (sake brewers) in Nada, Kobe as well as natural wines selected by our sommelier to pair with our dishes at “Cocteau.”
