Our ideas often come from such inspirations like “it would be interesting to have something like this!” or “it would be fun to have this!”

Indeed our job is to give shapes to those ideas. POTOMAK operates various types of food and beverage businesses such as cafes, restaurants, bars, and Japanese style restaurants. At present we operate approximately 100 shops of multiple brands centering around Kansai and Kanto areas. We endeavour to create dining establishments which customers will find “interesting,” “fun,” and “cool” and where they can enjoy “delicious foods.” We would like our restaurants to take root in their local town and be loved by our customers. We pay particular attention to each one of our establishments, and we would like them to last 100 years.

"Kobe Cuisine" is based on the techniques and fundamentals of French cuisine. It was developed because of the sophysticated palate of the people of Kobe who are sensitive to “delicious things.” Kobe has prospered from international trade through the ages, allowing its people to buy all kinds of foods from around the world. The food culture of Kobe is a mixture of western cooking and oriental culture, which has attracted not only local people but also those from out of town. Its cuisine makes the best use of the abundance of ingredients from the nearby mountains and Inland Sea. In homage to the history and culture of Kobe, we present "Kobe Cuisine" at TOOTH TOOTH. Our wish is to create happy moments filled with smiles. Kobe cuisine is modern, free and easy. It is stylish and delicious. It is an important element to make life wonderful.

We operate cafe, restaurant, and desiner hotel with the theme of “PEANUTS” such as Snoopy, Charlie Brown and other unique PEANUTS characters.

The atomosphere is natural, witty and is brimming with a playful spirit. You can enjoy the PEANUTS world view through our food, desserts, beverages which are based on comfort food from the West Coast of USA and related to “PEANUTS,” as well as from goods such as tableware used in the cafe and the hotel and other misllaneous goods.
