Born in a Kobe alleyway in 1986. We combine a passion for exceptional food with a playful sensibility for art and music. What began with PATISSERIE TOOTH TOOTH has evolved into a vibrant collection of restaurants and cafes.
konana
Not just Japanese-style pasta, but true Japanese pasta. Every dish is built on a foundation of dashi using seasonal ingredients, served alongside house-made tofu, traditional obanzai, and desserts where East beautifully meets West.
Bespoke Concepts
No two locations are alike. Whether a bistro, Japanese dining, or a coffee house, each establishment is thoughtfully designed from the ground up to reflect its specific neighborhood and community.
