We seamlessly cross our three core fields to craft the perfect combination for every project.
Total creation of LAGOON COMMUNITY PARK.
For the completely rebuilt Mitsui Outlet Park Marine Pier Kobe, we developed the seaside lagoon area as a unified resort. We managed the entire process, from conceptualizing the venue mix to designing the physical spaces.
Three distinct concepts operated by POTOMAK.
The area features a flagship bakery restaurant, a spacious seaside barbecue park, and a retro-modern Kobe style cafe. Managing a total of 607 seats, we built a vibrant community space set against the backdrop of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
Handcrafting everything from the food to the experience.
We serve freshly baked bread, handmade pasta, original pastries, and custom blended teas. Beyond dining, our flagship restaurant hosts KIDS KITCHEN, an interactive experience where children wear chef coats and bake their own treats.

TOOTH TOOTH MART FOOD HALL＆NIGHT FES
A food hall overlooking a massive aquarium tank. Featuring nine distinct original brands, this project seamlessly combines planning, production, operations, and culture into a single vibrant space.
PEANUTS Cafe / PEANUTS HOTEL
A multi-level experience featuring themed guest rooms with unique stories. We brought a cafe, diner, retail store, and hotel together into one building, crafting an immersive world from dining to accommodation.

A massive seasonal beer garden on the rooftop of Hankyu Umeda Main Store. We handled the comprehensive proposal, spatial layout, and daily operations, showcasing our ability to deliver fully outsourced management.
